The Construction Process

NOTE: When our Project manager comes out to your home, he will have a PERMIT pouch. This plastic pouch MUST remain outside where he places it!

After we agree on your custom pool design, we will start the construction process.

The following are the stages that we will be going through.

PERMIT

Once we complete you design and finish your order:

We will pick-up the engineering plans and submit you pool with design for your building permit. NOTE: Depending on your location, permits can take one day to 8 weeks.

LAYOUT

Once we receive your permit, we will outline your pools edge by spray paint and stakes. This way, when we excavate your pool, the excavator will know where to dig.

EXCAVATION

This is where the fun begins. (A transformation from your backyard to the beginning of your vacation get-a-way) Depending on what means of equipment that will be used, our team will come to your home and dig the hole where your pool will be.

PLUMBING

Once the excavation is complete, we will plumb your pool.

STEEL

Once the plumbing is complete, we will put the steel rebarb in and around your pool.

ELECTRIC

Once the steel is complete, we will do the electric.

GUNITE / SHOTCRETE

At this stage, we will be shooting the gunite in the interior of your pool.

WATER FEATURE

If you choose a water feature, this is the stage that it will be done.

DECK

You picked out what type of deck you wanted, so now it's time to mold / shape and lay your deck.

INTERIOR (TILE)

By this stage, your pool is coming together, and you see a "transformation of your back yard. Once we install your tile selection, you will see that over the course of this build, you have the dream pool that you have been waiting for!

CLEAN-UP

We now will clean-up any debris that has been left behind.

INTERIOR FINISH

This is where the Pebble or Plaster gets done. Now your pool is looking like you wanted it, but only better!

START-UP

We will schedule a time that we can come over and start-up your pool and give you all warranties and paperwork that you will need.
